One of the best gyms around. Whether you’re looking to gain strength, build muscle or tone, IN-Strong has it. Plenty of variety to choose from no matter what your goals are. I have been a member of all the gyms around and this has the best “motivational atmosphere.” Not to mention the owners are awesome and plenty of pricing options to choose from (best monthly membership price in town).

The owner is super nice. It has three floors with all the equipment you could need for powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, and even yoga or Pilates. They play good music and the atmosphere is chill. We’ll come again

Working out here was the best I've ever felt! There's a friendly atmosphere, and a diverse array of equipment. I never received unsolicited advice, but Christina was always willing to answer a question if I asked :) definitely recommend for anyone looking to get into Strongman, or already into it
