Imperial Building and Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. I had a detailed estimate within hours of first calling and the roof was completely installed within two days. In addition to the roof, the job included reworking our soffit vents, that had not been providing needed ventilation. The crew was professional, efficient, and meticulous. They carefully moved patio furniture, flower pots, and other yard and deck items, and when the job was finished, replaced everything perfectly. Our new roof looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Great company, highly recommend.

Highly recommended! The three things I prioritize when hiring out work on our house: clear communication, detailed contract and accurate time management. The team at Imperial College exceeded my expectations. Due to the age of our home, we knew there would be some underlying issues when replacing our vinyl siding and gutters. The initial meeting to discuss the scope of work was both professional and informative. Their quote came in very similarly to other larger companies I also met with; however, they provided more detail than most others and had a much faster completion time. This made us somewhat wary, but their quick, concise and professional responses to my follow-up questions also had us hoping that the work would be completed on time. As soon as the deposit was made and the weather was dry, they got to work. The same crew showed up every day and was in full swing by 730a. They worked all day and accomplished and amazing transformation in the time they promised. The other concern was fast work means cutting corners. Although not a contractor myself, I have been renovating our home for the last decade, so prior to signing a contract I did extensive research in hardie board siding. I read the manual and took screen shots for reference as work progressed outside our home. The quality and care Imperial’s crew took was so apparent, I ended up never needing to question the their work. Our home had much damage from improperly draining gutters and a wood window in a shower. Going over the options to fix the damage, I never felt pressured to pay a higher cost. The amount of additional cost was accurately determined before I made the decision how to proceed. This was also less than the max speculated for a contingency during the initial contract discussions. When the work was complete, I felt a sense of relief that the integrity of the contract had been maintained and we stayed within our budget. More than that, we were ecstatic to see our home renovation transform not only appearance but functionality and utility as well.
