The management office is trying to flood google reviews with positive ratings to improve their score by pressuring tenants. Medallion is incompetent and intentionally negligent. Tricia in the management office is belligerent and inhumane, Amy Skirten the property manager is useless, and Christa Gibbs the regional manager is absent and does not directly respond to issues. There has been at least 2 floods in the building in the past month that tenants have been made aware of. Maintenance requests are not addressed unless the management team is given free permission to enter at any time without scheduling an appointment. Pictures attached below of water logged and cracked flooring and days old dog crap in common areas. Oh and 75% of washers and dryers have tape on them that says “not working” and the 25% that do barely work. Read the news articles written about this place, they are readily available online.

Hell on Earth disguised as an “apartment.” I spent the last 2.5 years trapped in this place, and today I finally escape. If you are thinking of moving here, read this carefully before you ruin your life. The photos may look perfect, the rent may look “cheap,” but the real cost is your sanity, your health, and your safety. Here is the reality: Crime & safety: Homeless people constantly break into the building, smash car windows, defecate in the stairwells, and steal packages. If you don’t grab your delivery within 30 minutes, it’s gone. Security? Just two guards for a massive complex – completely useless. Noise & neighbors: People blast music, party all night, smoke inside their units, and dump trash in front of the garbage chute instead of inside. The smell is disgusting, and basic respect does not exist here. Water outages: At least once a month, the water is shut off. No shower, no cooking, no flushing toilets. Imagine paying thousands to live like this. False fire alarms: Alarms go off in the middle of the night (sometimes twice a week), ruining your sleep and your workdays. Even on my last night here, it happened again. Cockroaches everywhere: No matter how clean you are (I cleaned twice a week), roaches never stop. Pest control is a joke — the office demands you clear your entire kitchen, but then they don’t even show up. Management office: The rudest, most unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. They treat tenants like trash and clearly hate doing their jobs. Parking nightmare: Applied for parking the day I moved in — waited over 2 years to finally get a spot, just 4 months before moving out. No positives: Literally none. The only “memory” I have is killing cockroaches. Final verdict: This is not an apartment, it’s a dumpster fire. Save yourself the pain, the stress, the repair bills, and the health problems. If you value your life, do not move here. Ever.

I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed, who came to my unit and gave a good attention to my concern. He promptly understood the issue and proposed a solution. He did what was necessary in very short time. Medallion should be proud to have an associate like him as a maintenance team member. In his position, he is a windows person between Medallion and the tenants, and he play this role very well.
