Impact Roofing put new siding and gutters on our house. They did a fantastic job. The main reason we chose Impact was the communication was really good with them. After a huge storm, I know everyone was overwhelmed and many other companies didn’t even get back to us. Working with Shaun before the project started was so good. He made everything very clear and was always available to answer any questions. Arnoldo, I believe was the project supervisor, was very good at making sure everything was done correctly and made sure we were happy. Diego, worked so efficiently on our screens. No complaints!

I had a great experience with Impact Roofing and Renovation! They replaced our roof on a Saturday and quickly discovered significant rotting plywood underneath. Despite this, they worked efficiently and thoroughly to replace the entire roof in a single day. All while handling some interior repairs during the process. Overall, the team did a fantastic job and was very reliable. Highly recommend!

I had my roof replaced by Impact Roofing and Renovations, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The timing and scheduling worked out perfectly, and the team was professional and respectful of my home. They were very mindful during the project—using drop cloths and making sure no mud or debris was brought into the house, which I really appreciated. We did encounter a minor issue with a hairline crack in a glass pane, but they responded quickly and efficiently, arranging for a replacement without any hassle. Their prompt handling of the situation showed real accountability and customer care. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I will absolutely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them to others.
