Kathy and her team at Image360 are amazing. Their response time and attention to detail are excellent. They are our only partner for large vehicle wraps of all types, interior bus advertising, sidewalk decal, golf cart branding and various signage. Knowledge of materials for short term bus wraps is especially important because the wrong material can damage buses when removed, and Kathy has made it her mission to learn about and test numerous types of vinyl to ensure the best material is used for each project. She personally tracks every job to make sure it is completed to our satisfaction. Most recently we required a last minute change to the installation schedule for a bus wrap project and Kathy was able to make it happen. She tracked the job over the weekend and made sure it was completed in time for our client meeting. If you’ve seen a ridiculously good-looking plumbing van and trailer cruising around town… yep, that’s us. And we have Image360 in Stafford to thank for that transformation. We brought them a plain white van and trailer, and they turned it into a rolling billboard that practically shouts “Trust us, we know pipes!” Their design was on point, the install was flawless, and the whole process was smoother than a freshly flushed toilet. They have been providing our company with printing and installation services for large bus wraps of all types for large meetings and events. They turn around proofs for our clients incredibly fast, use high quality materials and use very experienced installers for all projects. Knowledge of materials is especially important because the wrong material can damage buses when removed, and Kathy has the knowledge and Image360 experts behind her to choose the right materials for the job. They follow-up on every job to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. Most recently, we had bad weather during an install in Boston and the installer was not able to make it to the install location. Kathy was able to find a new installer within hours to complete the project.
