I was also given plenty of information and tools to use outside of my appointments, which was very helpful. Scheduling was quick and able to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend their services.

Helpful, compassionate and caring -- I feel like my counselor truly cares about me and has done a great job of actually getting to know me versus providing me with the prefabricated responses I have received in the past. I highly recommend them. Even the scheduling staff is easy to work with.

My counselor was excellent and helped me a great deal, but their billing staff were absolutely rude. I called to ask questions about my bill, and the woman hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want psychiatric trauma from dealing with their rude and incompetent billing staff.
