I wanted to mention the people that worked on my house specifically. Mercedes, Kim, Morgan, and Angie. I’m not sure who had what role, but they did a move-out clean for me and did amazing. I wasn’t in town, and there were still things in the house I had yet to move out. They consolidated and isolated it all, and that was before they even started cleaning. They went above and beyond. We hired the Illinois Valley Clean Team to address the floors on the first and second floors of our home as well as our master shower on a biweekly basis. The cleaning of our shower never lived up to our expectations despite several conversations detailing the process for cleaning the shower. The cleaning staff was friendly but just couldn’t get handle on what needed to be done.
