Nice atmosphere but I wished the chicken karaage was just slightly more crispy and seasoned. The spicy miso can be more spicy than expected, but still has a nice flavor. The ajitama (seasoned egg) seems to have a very weak marinated soy sauce flavor but it is cooked well and the yolk was soft, though I wished the yolk was on the creamier side. This is not a bad place at all, and a lot of thought went into the atmosphere. The food is not bad, but it does taste like the chefs seem new in Japanese cuisine but with experience over time, I'm sure they will nail it. In other words, I think this restaurant has a lot of opportunities to grow itself into as long they find ways to refine their cuisine. It's got potential and it has a great start, but the food can be improved to be better.

Pretty good ramen! The ramen options are half the page and the add ons are the whole other, so be prepared to add on some cost to your bowl. The ramen itself was good, the broth was super flavorful. Our server was so kind! She made recommendations that were too notch and was incredibly friendly and attentive

Wife and I were looking for a new ramen place because our go to just wasn't cutting it. We came here and have been back every time the mood strikes for ramen. In fact, we moved to Loveland and make the drive every time even though our old go to was on Harmony. Only request is for more spicy options for house drizzles or sauces. Something to really clear my sinuses 🤘

The food is absolutely GENIUS level yummy!!! Love the Chicken fried rice and Tonkotsu Ramen. The service from Sam was so good, had to ask for her name! The chef, Dave, stays close to the authenticity of Japanese food! Have been there twice and will go back again and again!!! PS, the dumplings are pretty damned amazing as well!!!
