iFixScreens The Avenues Jacksonville

They have 2 kiosks and a store at the Avenues. Between the 3 I was able to purchase a cover for my new gadget. It was under $30. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Called ahead to ask for price and wait time. When I got there, Mike took pictures of my About Phone section in my settings without asking. He told me I would have to wait 2 hours. After 2 hours passed he told me I had to wait another hour because he was waiting on a screwdriver at that point I told him I couldn't wait that long and asked my phone back. Once he made me wait 15 minutes to get it back, he hadn't even touched my phone. He was somewhat flexible with his pricing which is why there is one star. I didn't like the way everything was handled and would recommend you go elsewhere.

Impressively fast and great work!! Walked in to the mall, had a handful of minutes to spare and he knocked me out a new screen and a new camera face in less than 30 minutes. I had the camera face replaced once before and it was no bueno. This was a much better experience, didn’t cost a leg, and I was done with a back-to-new phone so quickly. I’ll make the 45 minute drive every time.
