I waited a few days before reviewing so that I could make sure there were no issues. I came in with a slightly water damaged iPhone 13. I hadn't charged it since I had noticed the issues (a decision that was praised by the guys at this shop) so the only thing I had to pay for in addition to the basic water damage package was a new screen since the old one had been shorted out by the water. In total I paid approximately $250 which is a lot better than paying for a new phone. Kyle was super nice, fixed the phone in about an hour, explained everything that he did in detail when I asked, and even answered some of my questions about the store's other services. I definitely recommend coming here for some speedy and quality repairs.

Amazing service and help. We are traveling, and I was able to use them as an Amazon Counter in order to get some items delivered. Amazon had an issue, but iFixandRepair helped and took care of the problem. They also helped me fix my son's Fire Tablet in less than a few minutes. They were honest about not being able to fix a phone and saved me time. I would highly recommend them for any repair needs.

🚩🚩🚩Unfortunately, I have to edit my 5 star review to a 1 star. I had my iPhone 16 screen repaired here in May. Early June I began to notice my phone was not the same. I took my phone in and the owner assured it everything looked great. I took my phone to apple to have it checked out officially. They ran several tests and discovered a fingerprint was left on my front facing camera as well as my ambient light sensor was blocked. When I returned to ifix, they refused to acknowledge their lack of craftsmanship and offered to have me buy an upgraded screen. When I mentioned I would not be paying for their error the owner refused to own up to their mistake. I cannot stress enough to not go here for any repairs. Not backing the service that you provide is the biggest red flag

Usually pretty good. Most of the workers are nice and efficiently. 2 laptops repaired here and possibly a phone? Can't remember I will not go here for ANY soldering jobs until Gustavo is replaced. He's been our negative experience here. Consecutively. Terrible customer service skills and very scammy mentality. The others may not be, but he will do whatever he can to get more money than what you were quoted. Even if the issue was their fault and not yours. He won't care. And he'll get upset when you're right about it 🤷‍♀️. Also SPECIFICALLY GUSTAVO tried to keep our laptop for another week so he wouldn't have to stay an extra hour after we scheduled the appointment and part 9 days ahead of time to make sure he was there since it HAD TO BE A SOULDERING job. Then he tried to upcharge another $100 "because it's a souldering job"...um...yes. We knew that?
