I had my iPhone screen replaced here and within two days, the screen began blacking out. I brought it back and they told me they’d need to order a new screen. That would’ve been fine if it only happened once but this same issue happened THREE separate times. I had to return repeatedly to have the screen replaced due to ongoing problems. Each time, I was told a new screen was needed which made me question the quality of the parts they’re using. I also purchased a screen protector during the initial repair. When they replaced the faulty screen the second time, they tried to reuse the protector but it wouldn’t stick properly. They told me my only options were to keep it on with bubbles or buy a new one. Given the hassle and repeated failures, you’d expect more accountability or at least a better customer support experience. Instead, I was left feeling like I was paying the price for their low-quality parts. Nice people, but I would be cautious. If you’re looking for a reliable, one-and-done repair, this may not be the place.

The customer service experience here is great. The other day I passed by and Ryan helped me repair my phone screen and he was very nice, charismatic, and quick with it! He was the only one in the store at the time, but he was managing well since it seemed so busy. Def recommend!
