These folks are the best!! They are a family-owned business. Michelle and her husband own it. She helped me with my iPhone the first time I was there and then today I had a different issue plus my 8-yr old granddaughter, Ofelia, dropped her Chromebook (the last gift she received from her mom before she died in the hospital from aneurysm surgery - a Christmas gift her mom never got to see her unwrap - her mom was 42/43 - just had a birthday on 3 August and she died on Nov 17. When Ofelia dropped her laptop, it cracked the screen and we don’t know yet if there’s more damage but Michelle is ordering the charger first in order to see what’s going on with it - whether it’s just the screen or more damage. She’s supposed to get the charger tomorrow and let me know what she discovers. She fixed my frozen iPhone screen first before I showed her Ofelia’s laptop. Looking forward to hearing back and getting it up and running. Not only are they knowledgeable, proficient and ready to help, they are located in WalMart Superstore in Hudson, FL - close to where we live. Thanks for your time. BTW, they have a sign in the store (located by the bathroom) that says “We fix everything” SO I’ll be bringing my husband of 58 yrs this month in so she can “fix” him…😂

I came in to see what was wrong with my sister’s phone (it was rebooting automatically). The associate was very helpful trying to figure out what was causing the issue. The owner, Michelle, is a very nice lady that helped me with my issue all the way to the end. Will definitely be coming back for more repair and accessories!
