I attend a master Class on Writing here. The instructor was very good. The supporting staffs were also very co-operative. The topic they covered is very relative and informative. And the techniques they share are very effective and I think it definitely help me to improve my writing. But on the other hand there are some issues which they need to improve. First of all the place. This place is very congested and not capable to arrange a forty plus people class. I noticed also several technical problem also. Sound system did not work properly, projector screen was not visible from every corner, sitting arrangement was very poor. And Classroom also very small. So I think they should improve these area, because learning environment is a very important factor in training.
