The receptionist was very patient and made me feel comfortable setting the appointment knowing I could come in and ask questions and learn about options without any pressure to make decisions when I came in. I went in for microdermabrasion and ended up getting dermoplane instead based on recommendations from the aesthetician. I still don’t really feel as though my expectations were properly set nor met overall. To credit them I had never had this procedure done before and didn’t know what to expect, but that’s exactly why more guidance and direction would have been nice. I’ll most likely try out another place next time.
