A+++++ Salon!! I’ve been a customer at Sensavie for over 15 years for hair extensions and overall the salon and staff is top notch. The atmosphere in the salon is modern, very clean, friendly and fun, a place where you’d love to spend an afternoon. I go to Raushana for hair extensions and she is very friendly, knowledgeable and is the absolute best at this.I get so many compliments on my hair and nobody knows that I have extensions.Assistant Vicky is super nice and very accommodating. Worst Hair Keratin Service Experience Ever! I recently decided to get a hair keratin treatment at this salon, and it was an absolute disaster. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the service I received. Firstly, the staff seemed completely clueless and unprofessional. They couldn't even answer basic questions about the treatment and seemed to be just winging it. It was clear they had no knowledge or expertise in performing hair keratin services. But the worst part was the actual keratin treatment. My hair was left wavy, nothing like the smooth and shiny results I was promised. It seemed like they didn't even apply the keratin properly, as I saw no difference in the texture or waves control of my hair. It was a complete waste of time and money. To top it all off, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. When I tried to voice my concerns and ask for a refund, the staff became defensive and refused to acknowledge that they had done a poor job. They were dismissive and rude, leaving me feeling even more frustrated and upset. I highly advise against getting a hair keratin treatment from this salon. Save yourself the disappointment, money, and stress by going elsewhere. This establishment clearly lacks the expertise, professionalism, and customer service skills needed to provide a satisfactory experience.
