Update : I had a tooth extracted on Thursday and the whole visit really confirmed my original review. From the front desk to Kennethia and Dr. Lav , the experience was as comfortable as it could be ! Definitely transferring all of my dental needs to this location

Went to Ideal Dental yesterday, and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Super friendly & outgoing staff. They made sure I was okay throughout the whole process. They were just all so sweet. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend!!

Office is nice, smells, great, clean, pretty friendly staff overall. It was an interesting experience. I felt everyone was “nice” per se. I can see the potential in the office being great but I kinda felt a little unattended to. I came for a teeth cleaning and I was seen by the dentist first. The explanation of the work needing to be done could have been more thorough. After being there almost 90 minutes, the only thing that was thoroughly explained was the bill I needed to pay. I feel like more time could have been spent explaining why I needed certain levels of care, how I got to that point, and how to prevent for the future. Just some patient TLC would have been nice. I probably wouldn’t have flinched at the bill so much had I known more details of the reasons I needed all this extra work done. I left there with my bill and will just look for another dentist. The hygienist was very warm and tried to “answer all my questions” but by then, I didn’t have any because I was over the whole experience. I guess if I would’ve stated that I wanted to pay everything I would have received more forthcoming attention. I believe the best word to describe the level of care is impersonal.
