I can’t say enough good things about Opal Pharmacy and the owner, Chinello. She truly goes above and beyond. I called her with a health concern, unsure of what to do, and she gave me clear, compassionate advice—including when to follow up with my doctor and what to do if things got worse. When I went to pick up my medication, she even took the time to check my blood pressure just to make sure I was okay. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I’m so grateful my friend recommended this pharmacy—it’s a rare gem!

I live in the neighbourhood and feel so incredibly grateful to have this pharmacy close by. The pharmacist, Nelo, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. In addition to being an amazing pharmacy, they carry a great selection of natural products, and lovely little products that would make nice gifts or items for care packages. Honestly - if you haven’t been in, do yourself an favour and pay Opal Wellness a visit. You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy getting vaccinations for our little ones. The pharmacist was patient, caring, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The space itself is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. They also carry some unique products that you don’t often find elsewhere. I’ve also brought my daughter here for an eczema consultation, and the prescribed cream made a huge difference. This has quickly become our go-to pharmacy.
