I want to sincerely thank the front desk staff at this walk-in clinic—especially the two Chinese ladies—for their kindness, patience, professionalism, and incredible support. They both went above and beyond to help me find an obstetrician for my pregnancy care, which was not an easy process. I faced several rejections and delays, but they remained supportive throughout. In particular, the senior front desk Chinese lady took the time to fax the referral and my medical information to multiple obstetricians, often more than once, and followed up diligently. Her dedication truly made a difference during a stressful time, and I’m so grateful for her help. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic for anyone seeking compassionate and reliable care. I’ll be relocating to another city soon and will genuinely miss the wonderful people I met here. Thank you so much!
Dr. Andrew Thongsack was amazing! I had a fish bone stuck in my tongue, and he was so patient and gentle. He removed it quickly and painlessly. I really appreciate his skill and care. Highly recommended!
Review: Worst Clinic Experience in North America I had the most appalling experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment over 15 days ago to see a doctor, and the assistant scheduled me for 1:30 pm. I took the day off from work to make this appointment, arriving promptly at 1:31 pm. To my shock, I was told that the doctor had already left. The receptionist, who should be trained to handle patients professionally, informed me that being scheduled for 1:30 pm meant I should have arrived at 1:15 pm. This was never communicated to me. They claimed they called me at 1:20 pm, but I missed the call because I was driving. Is it safe or even legal to use the phone while driving? The receptionist then loudly questioned why I needed to see the doctor, which is highly inappropriate. My personal health matters are private, and I told them it was none of their business. Despite this, the receptionist continued to search through my profile, trying to figure out the reason I wanted to see the doctor, and read through my records loudly in front of other patients in the clinic. This blatant disregard for patient privacy and confidentiality is unacceptable. This clinic's staff clearly lack ethics and understanding of privacy and human rights. I am baffled as to how they are employed in a healthcare setting where they are expected to support and respect patients. Their behavior is a disgrace and severely tarnishes the clinic's reputation. They should be reported to the health ministry and terminated from their positions. Shame on you for such unprofessional conduct.
