I’ve had repeated difficulties at this pharmacy when trying to get my pills. Despite calling ahead and following the proper process. One staff member failed to follow through on my request to book my birth control refill while I was scheduling a flu shot. When I called, she even said, “I’ll do it this time, but next time you have to book online,” which felt dismissive. Because the note wasn’t made for the refill, another pharmacist Elsie made an unnecessary issue out of it when I came in, even though I had called ahead and followed the proper process. Even after the situation was clarified, I was still lectured as I was leaving. It feels like staff prioritize procedure over patient care. That said, there were other staff members I met who were amazing and very helpful, which was a positive part of my visit. I hope management addresses these problems to improve the customer experience.

I got my COVID vaccine here. I came quite early for my appointment but they were very accommodating and I felt that I'm in good hands throughout the procedure. The pharmacist spoke in a patient and assuring manner even though she seemed busy.

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. I went to pick up my medication at 4:36 PM after confirming the day before that it was ready. The staff took a long time processing my insurance, and by 5:00 PM, the pharmacist said they had to leave for an appointment at 5:30 and told me to read the instructions myself, even though I had never used this medication before. I left around 5:05 PM, feeling very frustrated. Later, my family doctor told me the pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage and had to send a fax to fix it. The pharmacy then called me to come back and exchange it. Be careful and always double-check your medication here—they make mistakes and are not professional.
