Based on a recommendation from someone whose family trains with Nate, we connected our daughter with Nate 2 years ago when she was 16. Put simply, Nate changed her life dramatically for the better. 3 30 minute training sessions a week turned into an almost daily gym habit for our daughter. Her transformation into a much stronger, healthier, and happier person was amazing to watch. About 3 months ago, my wife & I started training with Nate only 2 30 minute sessions per week. Although we dread going in just about every time (HA!), both of us are already seeing positive changes in our strength and energy.

Love this place. Everyone treats each other with respect. There's never more than a handful of people in there so you can exercise in peace and not wait forever for a machine to free up. And it has all the machines a person could need.
