Edit: I've updated this review based on the updated experience of IconicSmiles (their new brand). The below review is based on previous experiences. I want to be fair. ----- You will notice that from my review history, I don't bother writing negative reviews unless it is really crazy. I am an active patient at this location. I have had positive experiences, but man, they absolutely love to find a reason to cancel your appointment. Today I was going to be 10 minutes late for my appointment - which I grant is on me (I thought 9:45, it was 9:25 but I was already leaving early to be there ahead of time), however I have waited in the waiting room area for 10 minutes every single visit, and sometimes I have waited up to 35 minutes for a doctor to see me while sitting in the chair. I can excuse all of this, so long as it's fair. When I called to let them know I would be late, they found every reason to cancel me. Keep in mind, this is during treatment and the visits are spaced out months between. This wouldn't be so bad if rebooking a new appointment was relatively soon, but look forward to waiting weeks or even up to a month for another appointment. The irony of it is – if I didn't call to let them know, I would have arrived, checked-in, sat down, and have been just in time to be called to the chair. I think they know that, but they are so driven to cancel appointments wherever they can that they are unable to clearly see the hypocritical double standard. I have run businesses, so I know there is a balance and a struggle for resources and time management, but where your weaknesses are – should be something you are aware of. docbraces is ambivalent to the fact that what they ask from you is different than what you can expect from them. They will grill you about not brushing good enough (fair), but then not properly seat your wire – and then make you wait a week, with a sharp object poking into your gums. The focus is not about relationship building, but trying to legitimize ways to keep from having the doctor work more than 1 day per week. Overall, I would just say they don't play fair.

Doc Braces Moncton was able to get me in to get my braces on quickly when other places were year wait times. Staff is always friendly and helpful, never had any issues thus far in my braces journey, would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get that perfect smile.

Update! Hit doc braces/iconic smiles! We’ve been going there since I got braces in 2019 and they got through me and both my girls. Ashley is a godsend honestly! She makes the visits enjoyable! She knows what she’s doing and you never have to go back in to get her work fixed. Today she removed our final set of braces and while I’m glad I won’t need to visit so often I’ll definitely miss seeing her! If your kid needs braces I highly recommend them. You won’t find many with more messed up teeth than what mine were and now I can smile without being embarrassed 🙂 both my girls now have amazing teeth too! Affordable and great service! No matter how bad your teeth are they can help. This is 3 years. I had no issues besides with the palette expander (it’s a devil tool) lol but I'd do it all again 100% doc braces was the best.

Amazing service!! We had some hiccups with our appointment at first then the manager came through and took care of everyone. The staff was very professional and hit a homerun with my daughter's new braces. She was quite nervous at first but they walked her through every step and she had absolutely no issues. Another example of the great service... My son lost his retainer and didn't have an appointment and when he walked in they were able to quickly squeeze him in as he has moved away and was unable to get back at a later date. Thank You!!!!
