My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The place is clean, well-organized, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and you really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. I would like to give special thanks to Nabi for his outstanding hospitality and kindness. He was always helpful and welcoming, which made my experience even better. We had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. First, the room was extremely small, making it very uncomfortable to move around or even unpack properly. The bathroom was even smaller, and to make things worse, there was no shower partition or curtain, so every time we took a shower, water went all over the place. It made the bathroom very slippery and unsafe. To our surprise, basic toiletries were not provided; no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no lotion and almost no amenities you'd normally expect from a hotel charging this much. For the price we paid, we expected at least the essentials to be covered. Additionally, the reservation process was a nightmare. We tried reaching out with inquiries ahead of our stay, and it took over a week to get a response. Special mention to Mark Sean and Joshua Cabato, who were very slow and unresponsive. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress before even arriving. Considering all of this, the small room, lack of amenities, poor bathroom setup, and unresponsive staff, the price we paid was absolutely not worth it. The service and quality simply do not match the cost, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved both the service and the hotel itself. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel offers valet parking only, and I have to say the valet and security teams are fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. The reception staff are equally professional and welcoming. Whether you’re here for work or on holiday, I highly recommend this hotel. Heads up to the management, you’re doing a fantastic job, keep it up!

Nice place I very liked their service, Nabi was very attentive room service. Every day, the staff thoroughly cleaned the room, changed the bed linen and towels, brought water, and was very polite at the reception. The hotel's location convenient. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Thank you 🙏🏽😊
