I booked and prepaid a room, but the hotel refused to let me check in. My pregnant wife and I were left outside in the street with no solution. We had to find another hotel on our own at extra cost. This is a shameful, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise against booking this property.

Very bad service and unprofessional behavior from the lady sales manager. She spoke to every guest in a rude and loud manner. also every night there was very loud noise coming from the pub, making this hotel completely unsuitable for families. Not recommended at all.

There is no parking lot for guests, there was a fight at the main lobby and I decided to stay out of the hotel to avoid any complications. The whole hotel vibrates at night because of the night club. Police may come from time to time to solve some of the problems there. Scary people standing around the main entrance. I recommend not to talk to anyone if you decide to take the risk and stay in that hotel. Moreover, room doors are not locked so if you stay there check out the door once you leave your room. Most importantly windows are not locked so if you have kids be careful and aware especially when you stay at higher floors. There might be only cold water with no hot water to mix. Any complimentary drinks in the room will be paid for by you at the checkout. Parking lots around the hotel may cost you more than 20 dollars a night. Don’t leave any valuables in the room when you’re going out including everything. I phoned booking.com and asked them either to help me to get in the hotel or refund my money because there was a flight and they didn’t even have any response. This place is not for a family with kids. Be sure that you have the police number when you stay there or try to find somewhere else.
