Disgusting! Sent my Mother by ambulance to ER, then refused to give me any details regarding what happened in the house. I am her substitute decision maker, legally, this is not allowed. Supervisor Allison is insulting to talk to, like a voice recording montonous, refusing to share info. Will follow up the chain of command, and hopefully get them off her care plan. Bayshore will be much much better. Avoid at all costs!

I'm a 71 year old grandfather giving care to my disabled granddaughter. It's crucial that I get the PSW support including respite. Although most of the PSWs are good at what they do there's still inconsistencies. Mostly they don't read notes and follow whats requested of them. Now to my point, weekends mostly when it's a special weekend such as mother's day workers call in unavailable. How is this allowed to happen? It wouldn't be terrible if it happens rarely but this is consistent. Any other job would have reprocussions but this problem is never resolved. People are depending on these vital services and plan there lives around it. It's just not acceptable!

Absolutely the worst!!!! They kept trying to call my tablet if they even called back at all. 5 days in a row, I called, but I couldn't even get a call back. I gave up and had to go to the ER 3X's, then was able to go to transfer to Bayshore (who were amazing)

This is the worst service I've ever seen. How would you like it if was one of your loved ones. No call no shows. Just leave the poor man in a bed like seriously. If you're a short staff I understand but you got to make it work, I work in customer service. I understand about storage staff but I still have to run my business , and then when I call they tell me there's no supervisors available. You guys still get paid for this service to come out to check on my father , I would never recommend you guys to anybody
