Just had second fantastic SOS Smoothing treatment at Hair Organics. The first utterly transformed my hair which after chemotherapy had grown back frizzy and brittle like a Brillo pad. With the treatment it is smooth and silky and looks wonderful. Can’t believe you can achieve this without damaging chemicals but they do. Lasts at least three months but on me the first lasted nearer six. Recommend without hesitation.
Having not coloured my hair for over 12 years, I really want to make sure I was in the right hands and hair care. I could not recommend Kristoff enough. From the thorough consultation, all the way until I had left the salon, I felt reassured and needless, my hair hadn’t ever looked better! All the little touches at the Hair Organics made a difference too, from hair steaming (rather than heat), cotton towels, and the tea service. Look forward to my next appt!
It went badly and I'm shocked, i wish i could leave -5 stars. I had made an appointment for a smoothing treatment. I'm used to have it and had only good experiences with hairdressers in London. This time, I wanted to try this hairdresser because of the natural products. Someone came to apply the smoothing product and to brush my hair. She brushed my hair with an aggressiveness that I've never experienced elsewhere.... My hair were tangled and wet and therefore more fragile, but she kept brushing like she couldn't care less ...just tearing them out and pulling my head in all directions. Then she said : Oh my God, it's going to take me 1 hour to untangle all this!!! At that point, I offered to do it myself. So I untangled my hair myself and it only took me 2 minutes....with some gentleness For the blow dry: bis repetita Same brush, pulling my hair out, tugging and pulling rather than gently detangling. So I stopped everything, told them how shocked and disappointed i was, and they laughed at me. One of the hairdresser shouted at me because i suggested that they should maybe let curly haired people like me know that they don't know how to handle their hair. The worst experience ! Rude and unprofessional
