WOW!!! I can only say good things about Ilya and his company I Roof! If you are thinking about a metal roof, don't hesitate. It's a million times better than shingles and makes an impactful curbside statement that will add value to your home and bring a smile to your face, every time you enter your driveway. Simple asphalt shingles simply wont do that. Ilya is passionate about roofing, and it shows in the finished product and each and every step along the way. Let's face it this is a big investment and any time I had a question or concerns, Ilya addressed them immediately and he was always very easy to reach and would often show up in person. He stayed in touch with the crew frequently and oversaw the more critical aspects of install as he is a truly a craftsman. On the last day or our install a major spring storm (rain/snow) approached from the north and, he worked shoulder to shoulder with his team right until the last screw was driven, finishing just as the first rain drops started to fall. His tightknit crew was fantastic! I could occasionally hear them joking and laughing up on the roof as they diligently and cheerfully worked long hours to keep the project on track. Thier attention to detail and their workmanship was top notch. I can't say enough good things about this company and the folks that work there. Thank you Ilya and crew...thank you!!!! If you're reading this wondering and worried about a metal roof. Park those thoughts as its worth every single penny and more as it will add value to your home! Ilya will carefully guide you through it like the skilled and passionate professional he is. These folks are simply second to none.

Ilya and his crew replaced my roof in December, and I've been happy with it every day since! Ilya was clear and direct, got the work done within the original time frame, and there were no hidden or extra charges. There was a bit of cleanup to do after the snow melted, but given it was snowing when they were finishing up the roof, that seems fair.

First off we love our new roof!!!! It has improved the look of our house, the metal tile is amazing! The price for such an amazing job and materials was great! We will never have to re roof again! Ilya was amazing he came out to our place and explained the whole process and all the benefits of getting a metal roof. Out of all the companies he was the only one that made that effort which made us feel like we made the right choice. We love the colour we chose too! The guys were polite and the worksite was super clean and not invasive while the roof was being done. Also when looking for metal roofers in all of Alberta they are your guys! Thank you so much!!!

I hired Ilya to do metal roof on my lake cottage in red tile Spanish look. There are not many metal roofers and even fewer experienced and good ones. In short, Ilya and I Roof Alberta have been outstanding. He explained all options, pros and cons, costs involved and set realistic timelines (of course weather dependent). On my roof, he worked with his crew and did quite a bit of work himself. It is evident he takes pride in his work, provides excellent workmanship and does not cut corners or rush the job. There were a few sections of the roof that were rotted and he replaced the plywood - first talked to me and sent me pics. He also recommended more professional and leak proof solution for my chimney and different method and material for my very low pitched garage roof. I have tons of reno experience myself and have hired many professionals to do work for me before. I also do tons of research (mostly on the internet), plus check references and talk to people who had similar work done. I am also at the jobsite quite a bit, almost daily, and follow very closely what is being done and how. No issues with Ilya, he checked all the boxes for me. Lastly, metal roofs are great but they are also quite expensive. I had several quotes and I Roof Alberta was not the cheapest but definitely nowhere near the most expensive quote. In fact I Roof Alberta was very competitive when taking into account the quality of the materials (e.g. gauge and finish of steel) and the care they take to do a very professional job.
