In truth, I have not attended many yoga studios however, I have come to love and appreciate I am yoga wellness. The space is very cute, everyone has also been so warm and inviting. I've always felt welcome here :). I come for the pilates which is awesome however, I'm interested to dip my toes into yoga too! I appreciate that there are a variety of different classes that are offered here.

Love this little gem. This studio offers a wonderful variety of classes, massage therapy, dry sauna, lululemon boutique, kombucha on tap and so much more. My favorite place for self care.

I’ve been coming to I Am Yoga since 2013. It has become a bit of a lifeline for me. I am just now recovering from spine surgery. At $45 a visit at a physical therapist, I’m going here instead. This really is a one-stop shop. Massage, variety of yoga classes, Pilates, private lessons, and workshops, and occasionally, talented peeps come in to teach us abt Sound Healing, and many other delightful new workshops. Anna, the owner, is one of a kind, and the kind is love! Wonderful community for all. Seniors love chair yoga. So do I. Vinyasa, hatha, restorative, yin.

I love I Am Yoga studio! The teachers and staff are so welcoming and friendly. The yoga room is so peaceful and relaxing, it’s a great little oasis in the center of town!
