Never thought I'd look forward to going to the gym. Been there 7 months now and I feel at home when I walk in. Since day one I felt comfortable being here. I appreciate the scale, the individual bathrooms with showers, the cleanliness, 24/7 access with a key fob, transparent pricing, being able to look outside while on treadmills, and my favorite the IFIT machine. I have totally fallen in love with running because of it. Options to run with a virtual trainer in locations all over the world motivate me and help explain running basics to improve.

24 Hour Gym with a good variety of weight and cardio machines. The gym is very clean and the gym manager is super friendly and helpful as well. This gym does not have every weight machine like some other larger gyms in DSM.

I use the gym to walk and occasionally weights if I can’t make it to yoga. The gym has always been great. Has everything you need, super affordable and 24/7. New manager is great! She’s adding new things, always cleaning and overall just a great new vibe! Super easy to sign up as well as adding on my husband was a breeze. Cleaner Gail does amazing! It’s always so clean!

Jessica is an amazing manager. So welcoming and helpful to customers of all levels of fitness. All gyms have rules to follow to allow all customers to enjoy the gym and I appreciate that Jessica manages the gym by these rules. Its been great to have personal training with Jessica so my husband and I have a variety of workouts to choose from. This gym is a great value. Can't beat it!
