The pharmacy is the worst I have ever-experienced. The customer service is awful and when you call and talk to someone, there’s one person who is just nasty on the phone. When you pick up at their pick up window even if you’re five minutes before the 7 PM closing, they will make you sit there and not help you and you can tell they pick up the call. They can at least tell you that they’re not going help you. They’ll just make you sit and close up and leave. Working in customer service I know customers are not always right but in this case. Worst customer service. If you want bad service choose this pharmacy! The store itself is nice.

They converted this store from a Hy-Vee grocery to the Hy-Vee Drugstore when the First Avenue Hy-Vee opened in the late '90s. This location certainly shows its age, but it still provides limited grocery and pharmacy services for people who live in this part of town.

This is ok for the limited things that have. Don't expect during but very basics as judged by people with little taste. Their alcohol selection is ok. It is the only thing I would really recommend using, as it is never busy. For acting else you are better driving up the street, or even hitting up a Casey's or Kwik Star.
