What a good choice this was. As a first time Hyundai owner, I was treated with respect, kindness, and they bent over backward to find a solution to my issue with my new (to me) car. As a side note, after they got my app working, and I was 10 minutes from home… I got the service notification, lol. A small note to the receptionist… you were bored, and it showed. You were the reason I chose to come to this dealership after our conversation, and your professionalism needs work.. You were disinterested. And it showed. Your eyes were closed and you sat rocking in your chair. Seriously. I am looking for work, and wouldn’t ever behave like this. The service department staff, and sales manager? Top notch.
