Customer experiences
I really enjoyed my first experience in the chamber. They have all the comforts that you need for a 2-hour experience. Shelby assisted me and is a very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable person. I look forward to returning and feeling more energized.
Amazing experience!! My husband starting coming here to treat a severe concussion, and I came with him to sit in the Salt Chamber for my asthma. Now my entire family has come here to enjoy any one of their amazing services - from red light to salt to oxygen!! The staff is friendly and great to deal with. We had such amazing success with my husband's concussion that we signed up for a 3 month membership and I cannot believe the results! Highly recommend!!
I absolutely love the is place. The receptionist is so kind and knows her stuff! She explained everything. We met the owner and he showed us around to the very back to see what’s coming next! He is so nice and very welcoming. The only thing is Kelowna has beach chairs in the salt room which is ammmmazing. He has the gravity chairs which are a B-. I told him about that and he was happy to hear about this and hopefully one day he decides to change them but regardless this whole place is relaxing !
I’ve been going to the salt chamber and oxygen spa regularly. I’m young and don’t have any major health conditions but have been accompanying my dad for his sessions. However, I’ve been sleeping better, my migraines have stopped, and my varicose veins are a lot less prominent since starting the oxygen spa. I also have a lot of relief from my chronic congestion within minutes of entering the salt chamber (that the use of a neti pot, allergy medication, and corticosteroids did not help with). The facilities are always clean and staff are friendly and caring (and helped my elderly father when I wasn’t able to attend a session with him). Highlights: - The waiting area has a nice coffee machine (it makes all sorts of different coffees like latte, americano, etc.). There are also creamers, sweeteners, and tea - Seats in the waiting area are very comfortable. There are even chairs with massage function and a variety of books to read - There’s redox/hydrogenated water in the oxygen chambers (we try to drink 1L of it during each 2 hour session) - The oxygen chambers have a regular lounge and a separate premium lounge. The regular lounge has chairs that tilt back, while the premium lounge has fully reclinable massage chairs, and nespresso station. Both lounge types are comfortable, spacious, have a tv, wifi, adjustable lighting, and access to the redox water and bathroom - The salt chamber has comfortable reclining loungers and the lighting, trickle water wall, and spa music create a relaxing atmosphere My dad is a homebody and was skeptical, but now looks forward to coming here and always asks me when we can go again. For anyone anxious about the oxygen chamber - it’s not scary! There is an area at the entrance of the oxygen chamber that slowly increases the pressure and then you enter the main oxygen chamber. A staff member is always with you during this and walked us through how to release ear pressure and did the pressure change extra slowly our first time. My dad and I find it super easy now and have no discomfort. I will update my review when I try the red light therapy soon. If the gate to enter the parking lot is closed, call and staff will open it.
