From start to finish, the whole process was fantastic. We had 3 bedrooms, a utility/boot room and media wall designed, manufactured and fitted. Rebecca was so helpful and brilliant with the design and costing process- guiding us through with her expertise and offering suitable alternatives for our budgets. She had so much patience with us as we did go back to the drawing board on a few occasions- but with her professional skills- we choose all the colours and layout of each room. The cad drawings produced were so realistic and detailed. It only took a few weeks and all the order had been manufactured. The best advantage of using Fineline is that they use their own fitters unlike other companies that have separate fitting - so from conception to completion you are dealing all within the same company. The fitter Pete was truly exceptional. He was such a joy to work with - nothing was too much trouble. Every day he arrived and advised the work of the day and checked with us every evening the work done and to ensure we were happy before moving onto the next room. It’s been a real pleasure using Fineline - a family company, who are so passionate and professional about everything they produce and fit. We cannot recommend them highly enough

From the initial discussions and the kitchen design plans supplied by Paul for the finished kitchen and installation team have exceeded our expectations. The kitchen looks bigger than before and has more cupboard space and worktop space along with a far improved working layout. The installation team were excellent and discussed the plans with us from conception through to finiahed project. Rob made sure all stages were correct to our requirements and discussed items which had options to ensure we were completely happy. The installation team were very courteous and left the room clean and tidy at the end of each work day. There is new kettle on the work top in the photos supplied but we have not used it now we have the Quooker tap installed. It was myself who suggested we have a Quooker tap but my wife was not so sure. Now we are using it, she has not used the kettle and is pleased we made the decision to have one installed. So now the kettle is just for show. 😊 Everyone who has visited our house since it was finished on the 20th of December has made the same comments as my wife and I. I would definitely recommend Fineline to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen. Nigel and Pat Swales

We visited Fineline Store in Warrington in January and we came up with many ideas. We met with Mr Paul Wilson who was very helpful and he transferred our ideas in the reality. We are extremely happy with the result because our bedroom dream is now real. This result will be not great without the precision fitting of Alex fitter who did a brilliant job. We would like to say a big thank you to all Fineline Team. We are strongly recommending this company to everyone who is looking for solid and good quality wooden furniture.

Can anyone spot the difference? This is not what we agreed and paid for. Unprofessional to deal with, no offer or compensation to sort out their own mistake. Leave the customer no choice and tells us we need to accept unsatisfactory goods. Would not recommend!
