We recently visited the store on 3/10/25 for a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms. We were the only customers in the store and were told by the employee at the front desk that someone would be with us soon. After about 30 minutes of looking around a woman came out, answered one question and couldn't seem to get away quickly enough and was not friendly at all. We left and drove to Ferguson's in Clearwater where we purchased everything we needed. Hydrologic missed out on a a substantially large sale, and we haven't even started with the kitchen yet.

I walked in here looking for a new sink, chandelier for my dinning room and a better shower head. I walked around for 45 min and not one person said hello or can I help you. The girl at the front desk sat on her phone and walked back to the back room and came back out before I left and again back on her phone. I left and drove to Fergusons in Clearwater. I ended up buying everything I was looking for.

Purchased 3 Gerber toilets. Cathie Goodman assisted us. She is pleasant and knowledgeable. We will only work with her for any future purchases.

We had a great experience working with Karen to select the fixtures for our remodeled master bathroom. She did a great job presenting us with options, including offering her opinion on what would match our style. We left very excited about the selections we made.
