Graeme VipondHi everyone I only had a quick pint today outside no food although I have had food there before and we all know what that’s about. I do like the location as it used to the 3 cooks for those of you who can remember. I would recommend as it is cheap and cheerful.
Helen CollinsonWent in tonight for tea and a few drinks with my partner and daughter, who is 27. She was ID when we first got there to buy a round of drinks, which I totally understand. We order drinks on the app and when they were brought to our table the bar maid who had ID when we first entered the pub then told us that children under 18 had to leave the pub by 9, she then asked to see her ID again, a little while later the doorman who had walked past her while my partner and I were at the toilet came back when we got back to the table and asked to see her ID again. I understand about buying alcohol, but she feels like she has been singled out and has spoilt our night out. We have been going into the pub over the last 4 years and was there 2 weeks ago and was never asked once for her ID so I dont know what has happened since then.

Stephen MacgregorI've been in this place 4 or 5 times, but I won't be returning. Each time that I've been in, apart from the first time, the service has been abysmal. I think the staff have had that many complaints that they've just stopped taking any notice. Can you clean the table, please? usually goes unanswered or just ignored. If you want the table cleared of glasses/plates, then you need to do it yourself.
