I took my fiat 500 here since the engine light was on. I called first since a lot of places don’t work with fiats and I’m glad they could help. They did an incredibly thorough diagnostic with all the estimates and emailed it to me. As long as I’ve had my car it’s gotten a few repairs and I’ve never had that done, only the problems I’ve mentioned were fixed, MAYBE. I chosen to due a few repairs at the time and come back and they finished my car quickly. The service advisor Johnathan also gave me advice since it was lot of repair for my car. I really appreciate that! I’m just a girl and green drop garage understood.

Just before meeting my daughter for a holiday weekend in Portland (we were both coming from about 4 hours away) she informed me of a problem with her car. I chose green drop because of their reputation and scheduled an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving for them to provide an oil change and diagnosis is any/all safety issues. Despite their best efforts to get it all done by end of business Friday it wasn’t quite ready but green drop made it good and got the missing part for the 20 year old Toyota delivered and installed first thing Tuesday morning. Was very satisfied with their efforts and professionalism.
