I have never been treated so kindly. The hotel is beautiful and the hospitality was A1.. the best. The club on 10th floor was a shock. The food was incredible. A perfect place to sit with colleagues. There is a guy that sets up morning breakfast in the club. His name is Wes. He represented the hotel with a beautiful suit and I could not have had a better experience at the club breakfast. I give Wes a 20 out 10. Great all around guy.

3rd time in Indy and 3rd time here. Staff is always amazing and William is super sweet and has the best beard! The food in the restaurant and catered is always delicious. They are always very accommodating for me and my service dog. They are wonderful to veterans. Highly recommend!

I booked via my mariott app thinking this place was “nice”. The parking is under construction. Valet is crowded and $55; greeted by construction tarps at the entrance. Overall vibes worn and shabby. My room was 18th floor. Busy elevators. Room felt musty and old. The AC shook all night long and kept me up. Very loud. The Tv was antiquated and only offered ANALOG channels. No ice machines on my floor. The bathroom was shabby. The whole experience was disappointing. Bought chips. An orange. Tiny bottle of prosecco. $29.99. OMG!!!!!!!

I've stayed here twice for work trips to Indy and have had great experiences both times. Great location, reasonably priced, clean, comfortable rooms. Got upgraded last time to a wonderful suite and even got a goody bag from them. Their staff seemed eager to please, in a good way.
