We were disappointed with our experience at this firm. After our initial consultation, we believed there might be a case worth pursuing and signed a retainer. The following day, Mrs. Hunter was out of the office and we found ourselves repeating the details of our matter to staff. The information we received was essentially limited to what we already knew, and the fees did not feel justified. We chose to end the engagement early because the overall impression did not meet our expectations.
