I called for an estimate to remove toilet and replace with new one. They gave me an estimate of $175.00 I agreed Gina told me that it could be done this week . She stated she would call with date and time well never heard back from Gina. If this business did not want to do the job why lie just tell the customer that they did not want to do the job.. if I could give zero stars I would .

Gina from their office called and left a voicemail, when I called her back from the car, she was so snotty with me and had such an attitude that my teenager commented about her bad attitude. She kept trying to confirm my appointment for between 7am and 11am “in the afternoon“ and got snotty when I confirmed 11am. 7am and 11am (and all the AMs in between) have all come and gone and no call, no show from these people. Even though they confirmed my appointment yesterday afternoon at 4:45pm, they sent something to my home warranty saying I no longer need service!
