This hospital has by far been the best hospital I have been in all of Ontario! I'm not sure why it's rated so low but I have rated it five stars and I would do that again. This is my fourth visit here and I have enjoyed every visit. The service is amazing, fast and very efficient. The staff is so friendly and kind. And the food court options are endless!

We had a very stressful experience with audiologist Saidah during our child’s ear check. Despite our careful preparation, our child became extremely distressed, and no effort was made to engage her with toys or interactive methods, which are standard for toddlers. Instead of acknowledging her lack of competence, she claimed our child’s reaction was atypical, even though such responses are completely normal in stressful situations. This left a lasting negative impression on our child. A pediatric clinic should provide care in a calm, professional, and child-centered manner, but unfortunately, this expectation was not met in our experience. We hope that measures will be taken to ensure a more supportive and appropriate approach for children in the future.

Emergency appendicitis’s suspect, arrived at 17h, checked in it too 2 hours on triage and registration, internet and all sistems were down staff working manually on forms…announcements of 4h-8h to see a doctor, once I passed triage and registration move to the ambulatory 2, nurses immediately said that if I suspect of appendicitis’s to move to another hospital…so I did ente to St Joseph Toronto, in 5 min went through triage and registration now on ambulatory, they gave carts with ultrasound so patient don’t have to go to imaging…that would be another 4h at Humber River Hospital. Staff was great but they need serious improvement on their processes Immediately…

I had an IUD inserted by Dr. Lynn Sterling and I had the best experience. Check in was seamless. It did take about 2 hours to see her, but they emailed me ahead of time to prepare me for that, as it’s a busy clinic. She made the environment very comfortable and eased my worries. The procure itself was fast and painless. I was there to have my old one removed and a new one inserted. I was nervous about the numbing, but honestly, I’ve had worse cramps than anything I experienced during my session. I could not remember Dr. Sterling enough. She’s truly amazing and does everything quick and efficiently.
