He passed me over to Tanya who was equally a great communicator and guided me through the steps. My cargo was picked up on time and is now on its way to Europe. I have been introduced to the coordinator in Varna who will complete the smooth process and receive the cargo. This is a great company who have given me confidence in an otherwise stressful big move. We used Huli International Movers' services in April 2024 for a move from Canada to Spain. We had 8 boxes to send. From the start, communication with Francis at Huli was clear, efficient and friendly. We received 3 detailed quotes with different options, and opted for a home pick-up and at door delivery service. Once the contract was signed, we were put in touch with Tanya, our logicistic coordinator, who really helped us organize the pick-up of our boxes and followed up until the end. In Spain, we were put in touch with a local logistic coordinator, Cristina from Sterling Lexicon, who helped us with all the administrative procedures required to receive our belongings without having to pay customs clearance fees. Again, the communication was clear and really helpful. Our experience with Huli and its partners has therefore been a success, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or do business with them again if the opportunity arose.

I reached out to Huli to help me relocate from Madrid to Montreal. They were available to present me with all the options and answer all my questions. They sent a team that packed up my entire apartment and was very professional and delicate with my items. While the items took longer than expected to arrive, everything arrived safely and in the exact condition I had packaged it. I definitely wish they offered a home delivery service as the cargo pickup process was a little stressful for me. Overall good experience. Responsive team and good customer service. I don’t plan to do another cross country move but highly recommend this company!
