Davis & Griggs saved our house purchase as our bank made an unreasonable last minute request for a stone foundation inspection by a licensed structural engineer. They came the next day and provided the report by end of business day (early!) as promised. Incredibly kind and also very detailed oriented. They are knowledgeable about antique houses, which is not always the case with most structural engineers (as confirmed by our inspector). We are incredibly grateful and impressed by their work and responsiveness and would absolutely use them again if needed.
