Excellent selection of jewelry and watches! Although they don’t carry Seiko, personally I will turn a blind eye to that one! Customer service is always top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and quality is always on point. Caroline was very helpful during our visit and helped my wife try on different wedding bands and narrow down her selection. Will be back time and time again!

Incredible customer service! I purchased a medical alert bracelet at this jewellery store several years ago. It had become somewhat tarnished, as I wear it constantly. I attended the store and asked if it could be cleaned. Not only did they clean it with a solution, they also polished it, free of charge. It looks like new again. I so very much appreciate their personable and professional customer service. PS - I am not a robot; but, a sincere and happy customer who highly recommends this store and staff.

The staff and customer service at this place is truly amazing. I initially went to Radiant Jewellers in Upper Canada to see if they could repair my two gold necklaces and they ended up being extremely rude, so I left. I then came across Howard Jewellers in the mall and asked them if they could repair the same necklaces. They greeted me with a smile, took care of me very well, and gave me a great deal on the repair of my two necklaces (better than what radiant offered). The people there were so sweet and charismatic. Everyone just seemed so happy and nice. I truly hate doing business with rude and inconsiderate people, I am SO HAPPY that I walked down the hall in the mall to find this place and give hard working and kind people the business. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to repair their jewelry (any brand) and if you are looking for a new piece to compliment your collection. Thank you Howard Jewellers!!
