From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming, especially from the male owner, who was incredibly kind, professional, and had a smile on his face the entire time. We even shared a good laugh, which made the visit that much more enjoyable. My mom came in to sell some white gold, and he gave her an honest and fair price. He also repaired both of her watches on the spot. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who is not only skilled but also genuinely trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
