В доме быта на Кульман на 3 этаже (комната 311) отвратительная мастерская! Сдали кружевной жакет - сделали ужасно!! Полная безответственность: сначала нам отдали квитанцию и копию, следовательно нашего телефона у них не осталось и сообщить о готовности нам не могли (никакой даты назначено не было), приехали сами почти через неделю - не готово; ладно, оставили людям номер телефона. Ещё неделя с небольшим - тишина! Приезжаем. Мило улыбнулись: "Ой, а разве вам никто не позвонил!?". Ну ладно! Но качество ремонта повергло в шок! Мастер, она же хозяйка, когда забирала жакет, уверяла: "Девочки, не волнуйтесь! Мы же тут опытные - сами видим, где, что и как нужно сделать". Оказалось, всё это были только слова! Не смогли, а точнее не захотели (видимо, не сочли нужным) повторить элементарный узор! Ужасная работа!!!

Хорошая ювелирная мастерская на втором этаже, с гуманными ценами и приятным обслуживанием. Часто пользуюсь услугами ателье-мастерской по художественному ремонту трикотажа. Девочки там просто мастерицы)) И всегда с улыбкой!! Быстро и очень качественно!! Рекомендую))
