Seriously one of the best workouts ever. I did the research and the benefits described is true. Can be for anyone, but for joint issues this is a lifesaver. Don't let the heat steer you away. The classes are short low or no impact and the results last for pain relief. Staff are dedicated, knowledgeable and amazing. Studio is spotless. This is state of the art technology especially for people that cannot do high impact exercise. Highly recommend it. Try it before you judge it. Its amazing! And the cost is less than half or more of any other heated exercise rooms. No humidity which is cleaner and harbors less bacteria and virus. Win win!!!
