Our experience at the hotel was a total letdown. From the discourteous manager, who was very annoying, to the surprise fees tacked onto our bill, it was a headache from start to finish. On top of that, the cleanliness standards were shockingly low, with our room showing signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The bedsheets and blankets were not properly washed, adding to the discomfort. The food quality was equally dismal, leaving us with no desire to dine in-house. To make matters worse, their traveler service was even worse. Avoid this place and seek accommodations that prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. Believe me, you will regret if you ever visit this hotel.
