Md Salekin NewazI recently stayed at Hotel Prime Park in Cox's Bazar, and their service was truly impressive and top-notch. The room and washroom were exceptionally neat and clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Hotel staffs, including the reception manager, were very helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Initially, I booked for 3 days and 2 nights, but I decided to extend my stay for an additional day. Although there was a momentary issue where someone else had booked the room, the staff went out of their way to manage and ensure I could stay in the same room. This level of service really stood out to me. The buffet breakfast was delicious, although the variety was somewhat limited to 10-12 items. The only minor downside to this hotel is its location—it’s situated at the very end of the road. However, considering the overall quality of the service, this is a small compromise. Overall, my experience at Hotel Prime Park was outstanding, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cox's Bazar!

Starting with the positives, the service was excellent—staff were attentive, responsive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I also appreciated the complimentary airport drop-off, which made the travel experience much smoother. The buffet breakfast was good, with decent quality food; however, I found the selection a bit limited, and it could benefit from a few more items to offer variety. The location is another plus, being conveniently close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the seaside. Unfortunately, the room conditions were below my expectations. The space felt cramped and the door was quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, while the service and location were commendable, improvements in room quality and breakfast variety would make this hotel a much better choice.
Meher UddinI discovered this hotel on my way to Cox's Bazar and was impressed by their prompt response and service. They picked us up from the bus station, and the check-in was smooth with welcome drinks. Initially, I booked a full-day reservation for two nights. The spacious room had an attached balcony, a fruit basket, evening juice, and snacks. The food exceeded expectations, offering a great variety: biryani, fried rice, Bharta platter, Bangla lunch, and an exceptional seafood platter. The seafood platter was exceptionally good. The buffet breakfast was among the best I’ve had, with fresh, well-refilled items and great variety. Cons: Staying on the 4th floor at the back, I noticed noise throughout the day and night. Overall, this hotel was excellent for the price, and they provide what they offer, I highly recommend it.
sabuj SahaVery good considering the price. Room is neat and clean, washroom has geyser facilty, staff behavior is amicable. Except sea view sight seeing,,everything is fine there. Breakfast is also tasty.
