Rashedul IslamI would like to compare the service and accommodations between last year vs this year. -room quality become poor. During my last trip the generator service was not available. Last Saturday 8:00am to 5:30pm. It was out of electricity and even water! AC remote was not working. Washroom was not clean enough, shower tape was damaged. I found 🪳 in the room. 👎👎👎 - Service level was good enough. I booked room 01 but they provided room 05 😡 - Complimentary breakfast is not available now. Their food was good. I missed these these year. - Very close to the beach. This is the only reason I can mark it one 🎖 - There something problem with the hotel management. They could make it one of the best resort but they are just build 🤬🤬🤬

Mahitha owkHorrible place and rude manager. The rooms are not as good as they show in the pictures, they are very dirty. In fact, I don't even think they clean the toilets and change the sheets after a guest checks out. Also so many mosquitoes due to unhygienic conditions. The breakfast was never served on time. Not worth the price at all.
