Washroom door hinge broken, veranda door jammed, wardrobe broken. I could let all that go just if their room service was decent. But, it was even worse. Cant even clarify what's available or not. We wanted some toiletries, what they told us they would provide, but didn't provide at all. The only thing good about it, was that its location is close to the sea beach. Please don't even think to book here without checking all other possible choices. Worst experience out of any hotel I've ever been to.

Almost everything like the washroom door handle, wardrobe drawer handle is broken. Room service is mean, lazy and very clumsy. Wanted 2 pillows since morning, but they could provide only 1 after very long time in the night. If you have absolutely no other choices, then you can choose it. Only good thing about it is that its close to sugondha point.

This was my second time visiting this hotel. If you're looking for a budget option, it’s okay, though it's an old hotel. My first visit was fine, but this time I wasn’t satisfied, especially with the room service and reception—they didn’t seem professional enough. For example, the door of the wardrobe was completely broken. I mentioned it several times, but their response was basically, ‘It's fine.’ The biggest issue was that the lock on the sliding door was broken, which is concerning, especially on the first floor. They really should take care of that.

This was the worst room I've ever experienced. There was no water available, and the lift stopped operating after 11 PM. When we tried to take a shower, we found no water despite informing the staff multiple times. The bed was broken, and the pillow was as thin as a child's pillow. The room service was the worst.
