Tahmidul IslamWorst experience ever. Booked and paid in advance through shartrip. Upon coming to the hotel, they refused to provide us the room I have paid for instead offered a non-ac room. Beware when you book this hotel through online booking.
Ashraful IslamIt may get 5 stars but didn’t get it due to lack of renovation of room furniture and washroom fittings. Room: It has an acceptable room space compared with the price. Point:7/10 Room price : A little bit expensive thhough it is an old hotel at sugondha area.Their room furniture is old and old designed. Room price:6/10 Service : Service is good.But,it would be better.No room freshner,no amenities in washrooom ( like as tooth brush) Service: 7/10
Tanvir RunmoyCleanliness: decent enough. i didnt get any smell from their bed sheets or pillows. Washroom: small/tiny bathroom thats kinda okay but their bathroom sanitary fittings are old and not working properly. Rooms other accessories like AC, TV, lights are not in a good state. the ac is barely working/cooling. the room i rented had a normal tv, and i couldnt watch youtube/movies from online or from my pendrive. their room service is above average. had a baranda attached with the room, which was kinda cute. if u need a decent enough room with a relatively cheap price point at this location, then this place could be a notable mention. but dont expect everything (accessories) will work, since most of them are back dated.
Belayet Hossain KanonThe condition of usable furniture in the room was very deplorable. There were two single beds but only one blanket was given and when I asked for another blanket they said they had no more blankets. Although the latter probably passes through a blanket used by the staff. Only one towel was given. But the room was booked for two people. There was a fridge but it didn't work. AC could not be turned off after turning it on once, the staff was called and the AC main switch outside the room was kept off. We stayed for one day.
